सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जम्मू-कश्मीर में लगी पाबंदियों को लेकर फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में हिंसा का एक इतिहास रहा है। विरोध के बावजूद दो तरीके के विचार सामने आते हैं।
खास खबर पर छपी खबर के अनुसार, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि धारा 144 का दुरुपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है, बेहद जरूरी हालात में ही इंटरनेट को बंद किया जाना चाहिए।

धारा 144 को अनंतकाल के लिए नहीं लगा सकते हैं, इसके लिए जरूरी तर्क होना आवश्यक है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसी के साथ राज्य सरकार को आदेश दिए हैं कि वह तुरंत ई-बैंकिंग और ट्रेड सर्विस को शुरू करे।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया है कि राज्य सरकार इंटरनेट पर पाबंदी, धारा 144, ट्रैवल पर रोक से जुड़े सभी आदेशों को पब्लिश करना होगा। इसके साथ ही 7 दिन के अंदर इन फैसलों का रिव्यू करने का आदेश दे दिया है।
