सऊदी अरब ने अपनै सैकड़ों सैनिकों की मौत और बंदी बनाए गए हज़ारों सैनिकों की ख़बरों को ख़ारिज कर दिया है
सऊदी सैन्य गठबंधन ने यमन के जनांदोलन अंसारुल्लाह की अब तक की सबसे बड़ी सैन्य कार्यवाही में अपनै सैकड़ों सैनिकों की मौत और बंदी बनाए गए हज़ारों सैनिकों की ख़बरों को ख़ारिज कर दिया है।

ग़ौरतलब है कि यमनी सेना के प्रवक्ता ने शनिवार को एलान किया था कि सऊदी प्रांत नजरान में एक सैन्य अभियान के दौरान यमनी सैनिकों ने हज़ारों सऊदी एजेंटों और कई सऊदी वरिष्ठ सन्य अधिकारियों को पकड़ लिया है, इसके अलावा इस अभियान में सऊदी सेना को भारी नुक़सान पहुंचाने के साथ ही दर्जनों वाहनों को ज़ब्त कर लिया है।

पार्स टुडे डॉट कॉम के अनुसार, यमन का कहना था कि नसरुम्मिनल्लाह अभियान 72 घंटे जारी रहा, जिसके लिए पिछले 3 महीनों से तैयारी की जा रही थी।
लेकिन सऊदी अरब की कई दिन की ख़ामोशी के बाद सोमवार को सऊदी सैन्य गठबंधन के प्रवक्ता कर्नल तुर्की अल मालेकि ने अंसारुल्लाह के दावे को झूठा बताते हुए कहा, वे मीडिया को गुमराह कर रहे हैं।

हालांकि अंसारुल्लाह ने इस अभियान के कई वीडियो फ़ुटेज जारी किए हैं, जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में बंदियों को ले जाते हुए, सैन्य वाहनों को जलते हुए और उन्हें ज़ब्त करते हुए देखा जा सकता है।

इससे पहले 14 सितम्बर को सऊदी तेल प्रतिष्ठानों पर भीषण हवाई हमलों की ज़िम्मेदारी भी अंसारुल्लाह ने ली थी और यमन पर हमले बंद नहीं होने की स्थिति में उससे भी भयानक हमले करने की चेतावनी दी थी
